JPS BARRE

Mixed elements of ballet-inspired exercises, Pilates, dance, yoga, strength & conditioning training. The moves, variations and choreography are put together in a one-hour class to help you create beautiful, long, lean, sculpted muscles. You can use a chair or kitchen counter as ballet barre, light weights if you have them to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Get ready to tone & tighten, shake & burn in these videos. You can either dial up, or dial down the intensity of your barre class.

JPS BARRE BLAST

Barre Blast is a 50-minute cardio workout at the barre. Expect to add a high-intensity, calorie-burning sweat sesh to your fitness schedule. This class combines traditional barre work with intervals of cardio bursts to get your heart rate up for that maximum caloric burn. Move your body dynamically and effectively at the barre, and get that blast of energy that your body craves. You can use a chair or kitchen counter as a ballet barre, you will also need light weights.
