Patti has been one of my biggest supporters, attending all of my mock classes prior to me even becoming a barre teacher. My name is Patti Moon and I’m the CEO and founder of Next Level Nutrition Coaching, specializing in helping people achieve their personal fitness and health goals. I work with people to create long-term and realistic health goals (vs. quick fixes) with real food.

I truly understand where many of my clients are coming from. I know what it’s like to work really hard, make sacrifices yet come up short. I used to weigh over 230lb (despite working out 4-5 days per week) and was always searching for the “miracle pill” or best “diet” that would help me lose weight. I went about it all the wrong way: Yo-yo dieting, fad diets, eat very low calories, just not eating, low fat, listening to random trainers or “nutritionists,” etc. No matter how hard I worked out, I never lost body fat and hit a size 22-24. I didn’t give up.

I finally met with someone (my current mentor) who really seem to understand me on a chemical/hormonal level as well as a personal level. We met on a regular basis and I achieved a size 6/8 and 19% body fat. This journey of mine lead me to the field of nutrition and the deep desire to help people like my coach/mentor helped me.

Whether you want to drop 2-5% body fat; are complaining of unwanted fat gain but can’t figure out why; or just want to decrease your cholesterol, I can design a plan for you. And yes, it will work. My goals are your goals and if you don’t achieve them, I don’t either.

My educational background includes:  M.S. in Nutrition Science from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, a B.S. in Dietetics from UC Davis, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics as well as Certified Diabetes Educator.
